listed on the MLS but it will be listed on our
FSBO section of our website for a low fee of $99. Your listing will
feature 6 photos and will instruct potential buyers to contact you directly for
any showing appointments. This is a great way for you to maintain your
FSBO status and eliminate all realtor commissions. If you choose to list
in the MLS with any of our listing options
you can upgrade at any time.

What other services do I
get when I list FSBO on your website?
When you sign up to have your property listed with us on our website, one of
our agents will provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and
research 3-5 comparable properties that have sold in your area. This will
help you determine a sales price for your property based on the past sales data
in your area. Your listing on our website will feature 6 photos provided
by you, the seller.

Who
will people call to see my property?
You. Since you are Selling For Sale By Owner, you will be responsible
for any appointments, showings, negotiations, etc. If you feel that you
need more guidance, you are able to upgrade to any of our MLS Listing Plans at
any time. Keep in mind that the $99 fee is non-refundable.
