We have several programs available to assist you in selling your home. Please, choose the one that best suits your needs. If you choose to list in the MLS (Plans 1 or 2), we only take listings that offer 3% commission (paid at closing) to the Buyer's Agent realtor so they will market your home to their buyers. If you offer anything less than 3% your property would probably not be shown by Realtors working with their buyers (advice from experience in the industry). Remember, all commissions are negotiable as there is no standard or set commission.   As always, if there is a service that you would like, but don't see here, ask us about it.  Chances are we can accommodate you!

 

Plan 1:  $799 Flat Rate Listing (Payment due at time of order and is non-refundable--Total commission due by seller at closing is 3% if buyer is represented by another realtor) This program is a super deal for the sellers who already have experience in selling homes or For Sale By Owners who want the MLS exposure.  With this listing, your home will be listed on the MLS. If you find the buyer, you pay no commission. (Our $799 listing fee is non-refundable) In addition, we will provide you with the following: Photos in MLS Listing (Provided by Seller-MLS has max of 16) Web-Based Showing Service Provide a Professional Yard Sign A Realtor Lock Box You reserve status to sell your home as for sale by owner.  If you find the buyer, no commission is due to any realtor!

Plan 2:  4.0% Full Service Discount (Total commission due by seller at time of closing is 4%  --  Buyer's Agent would receive 3% and Realty Dream Makers as Listing Agent would receive 1%) This is a great plan!  This is a listing just like that offered by all the other real estate brokers except we do this at a discount to save you  money!  With this plan, we will provide you with the following services:   A Comparative Market Analysis(CMA) of your home's value Will implement my marketing strategy to help you sell your home quicker! Provide a Professional Yard Sign Custom Flyers to place in Info Tube 16 Photos in MLS Listing (Realtor to take photos) Web-Based Showing Service Receive, Review and Negotiate all offers on your behalf and draft any counter-offers to ensure contract is finalized in your best interest Coordinate inspections, appraisals and follow up with all parties involved (i.e., lawyers, brokers, loan officers, title company, etc) Web-Based Showing Service A Realtor Lock Box You pay nothing if your home doesn't sell! Basically, you get all the services you would with a big name real estate company, but at a greater discount!

Plan 3:  For Sale By Owner ($99 at time of listing) You get a Web listing with 6 photos (provided by Seller) and all your property information on our website until your home sells.  You sell it yourself (FSBO) and you do NOT pay a commission as long as a Realtor is not involved with the transaction of your property.  Your listing will be displayed on our FSBO page of our Website and will NOT be listed in the MLS unless you upgrade to Plan 1 or 2.
