PRE-EXISTING HOME BUYER'S REBATE

Our rebate is as simple as this:

When you choose to engage us as your Buyer's Rep, a commission is paid to us by the Seller.  We share that commission with you in the form of a rebate at 1% of the home's sales price.

Here are the steps you need to take to receive your rebate:

1)  Please read the conditions.  You will be asked to sign a Buyer's Representation Agreement with these conditions.

2)  Fill out the form below to register to receive your rebate

4)   When you identify properties that you want to tour, please call us so that we can arrange a private showing of the homes. If you identify more than 5 listings, if possible, please drive by the homes to narrow down the number that you wish to tour. When you identify properties that you want to inspect, please list the MLS number and property address of the property that you wish to view. Please provide us with reasonable notice to make the showing appointments. If you need any assistance in searching for homes, please contact us.

The following conditions must be satisfied in order for the buyer to receive a rebate: 

1)  Buyer (s) must sign a buyer's representation agreement with HoustonRebateRealty.

2)  Buyer must have a pre-approval letter prior to viewing any homes

 Please note that an agent from HoustonRebateRealty will need to show you the listings and present all contract offers on your behalf if you want to take advantage of this offer.  If another agent from another company shows you the property first, then  we cannot offer you the rebate.  If you visit an open house or the listing without one of our agents, it is very important that you tell them that you are working with us.
