NEW HOME BUYER'S REBATE
Our rebate is as simple as this:
When you choose to engage us as your Buyer's Rep, a commission is paid to us by your builder. We share that commission with you in the form of a rebate. This program is only for new home construction bought directly from the builder using us as your agent.
Some buyers believe that if they go to the sales office without an agent, they can use that to negotiate a lower price. That is not necessarily the case. New home builders already have the Realtor's commissions already figured into the Sales Price of their homes being built. So if you choose to deal directly with the sales office, the commission disappears, right back into the builder's pocket The cash rebate that we offer is 2% of the purchase price of the property you choose to buy. Builders and lenders may require consent for rebates. The following conditions must be satisfied in order for the buyer to receive a rebate. Buyer (s) must sign a buyer's representation agreement with HoustonRebateRealty. Sellers, lenders and builders must consent to the rebate in writing on the contract or an addendum to the contract. |
